and wine. This experience includes informative and fun cooking classes, intense wine tastings and pairings, all meals, interactive farm experiences, access to wellness services, and accommodations at Chef Porter’s
refined Western estate TERRA farm + manor. Chefs James Porter and Beau MacMillan will work alongside Dan teaching creative food and wine pairings inspired by the region. Known by his nickname, “BeauMac,” MacMillan serves as the Executive Chef/Partner for Cala Restaurant in Scottsdale. No palate is too new or too experienced for this crew—these guys will delight and entertain while bringing to life every bottle they open and meal they create.  

TERRA farm + manor is a working farm and inclusive gourmand guest manor tucked away on 100 acres in Arizona’s Prescott National Forest. Every visit is custom designed for guests to enjoy the epicurean retreat through hands-on education in specialized cooking classes with Chef/Owner James Porter, as well as other renowned chefs, farmers, and winemakers.
