Live the Napa Valley winemaking dream and craft your very own barrel of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc!

From tank to bottle, let your inner winemaker shine as you work in tandem with the Phifer Pavitt winemaking team to create 24 cases (288 bottles) of one-of-a-kind wine. Experience a hands-on, behind-the-scenes day with Phifer Pavitt CEO + Founder Suzanne Phifer Pavitt and winemaker Dr. Gary Warburton.

Begin the day with a winery tour and overview of the winemaking process from harvest to bottling. Once familiarized with Winemaking 101, don your winemaker hat and work one-on-one with the winemaking team to create your unique blend of Phifer Pavitt Sauvignon Blanc. After crafting your wine, you’ll fill, cork, and hand-wax your bottles, which will then be affixed with your personalized label. And, of course, the day wouldn’t be complete without a traditional bottling-day lunch at the winery with Suzanne, Gary, and team, accompanied by Phifer Pavitt wines. This special day will allow you to touch on every aspect of the winemaking tradition while crafting your own masterpiece to share with friends and family for years to come.

This never-before-offered opportunity is available for the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc vintage at a to-be-determined date in March 2024.
