The Magnum Pig Roast & River Ranch Wine Walk events are available to PACKAGE TICKET HOLDERS ONLY.

This year, Winemaker Dinner attendance is possible by purchasing the GRAND CRU TICKET PACKAGE, which guarantees first choice of Winemaker Dinner, or the PREMIER CRU TICKET PACKAGE, which guarantees placement at one of your top three dinner choices. Tickets Packages are SOLD OUT for 2023!

 

We are pleased to announce that our new, limited edition GRAND CRU PLUS TICKET PACKAGE, which guarantees attendance at one of the two following Harlan Family Wine Dinners, is SOLD OUT!

  • June 27: Moragne Sewell x The Napa Valley Reserve x Chef Marc Murphy
  • June 28: Harrington x Harlan Estate x Chef Yann Nury

And for the adventurous oenophile, a special winemaker dinner on the river following an epic float with White Otter Outdoor Adventure care of 32 Winds and Sunbeam Café.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

A credit card is required for registration for the 2023 Wine Auction. ALL TICKETS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE DATE OF THE EVENT.
 

REFUNDS

Due to the fundraising nature of this event, refunds will not be issued. In the event that you are unable to attend, your ticket purchase may be transferred to a 100% tax-deductible donation. 

 

AUCTION LOTS

Auction lot purchases must be complete no later than August 1, 2023.
 

Register online at sunvalleywineauction.org to pay by credit card. If paying by alternate means, please call 208-726-9491 x115 to pay now.

SVMoA accepts payment via cash, check, credit card, wire transfer, stock, and cryptocurrency. Check is the preferred method of payment.

EVENT WAITLIST

In the likely event of a sell-out, we will place you on a waitlist for all events.
 

21 OR OLDER

By law, all registrants and guests attending Wine Auction-sponsored events must be at least 21 years of age. No one under 21, including infants and toddlers, will be admitted to any function over the course of Wine Auction week. We recommend making childcare arrangements in advance.

PARKING REQUIREMENTS

Parking for the Magnum Pig Roast, Paddle Up & Live Auction on Thursday, June 29, 2023, will be available at the Simplot Lot across from the Ketchum Post Office, with a shuttle running on the quarter hour. 

Parking for the River Ranch Wine Walk on Friday, June 30, 2023, will also be staged at the Simplot Lot across from the Ketchum Post Office, with a shuttle running on the quarter hour.
