A winemaker dinner like no other.
Courtney and Steve Kapp, proprietors of Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch (IRMR), invite you to join them for a winemaker dinner like no other: a multicourse sunset meal for eight guests featuring the exquisite Chardonnay and Pinot Noir curated by winemaker extraordinaire Anne Moller-Racke of Blue Farm Wines. Following a day of guided recreation in the spectacular Sawtooth Mountains, you and your guests will return to the Ranch for a soak in the on-site hot springs, then freshen up for cocktails and amuse-bouches on the lower lawn followed by dinner on the porch of IRMR’s main lodge.
Nestled amidst Idaho’s snow-capped Rocky Mountain peaks and the meandering Salmon River, Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch has flourished as a western ranch vacation retreat for 80 years. The living history of the Old West mingles with the solitude and peace of this 870-acre ranch, offering freedom, breathtaking natural beauty, and a relaxed atmosphere.
The brainchild and passion project of winemaker Anne Moller-Racke and vintner Timothy Mott, Blue Farm Wines was launched in 2007 on Moller-Racke’s home vineyard. Known for its rigorous farming practices, meticulous care for growing grapes, and a deep connection to the land, Blue Farm Wines began as a seven-acre vineyard divided into four blocks to create one complete wine. Today, it includes Grand Cru-style Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from five vineyards and five AVAs within Sonoma County.
