How often does life grant you the privilege to taste a 100-point wine? What about FIVE? From the idyllic setting of Ron and Susan Greenspan’s home along the banks of the Bigwood River in southwest Ketchum, this vintner dinner promises to be an experience you won’t soon forget. Featuring spectacular back-to-back 100-point Château Pontet-Canet 2009/2010 vintages and the once-in-a-lifetime Bodegas Toro Albala Don Px 1946, this dinner will be curated around five 100-point wines pulled from Susan and Ron’s cellar and set to a menu prepared by Ketchum’s own James Beard-nominated chef, Taite Pearson. With its multiple patios and wide-open spaces, the Greenspan residence offers vistas of the mountains and views of the river from every room, providing an unparalleled milieu to sip and savor the finest wine there is.

TAITE PEARSON Local chef Taite Pearson brings more than 20 years of professional culinary experience to this Vintner Dinner. A James Beard Award nominee, Pearson has worked for some of the most famous chefs in the world, including Chicago’s Charlie Trotter and France’s Joël Robuchon. In Idaho, Pearson has been the chef of many local restaurants and has made a name for himself in Sun Valley’s culinary scene for his attention to detail and use of locally sourced, seasonal fare.

SUSAN & RON GREENSPAN The lucky attendees of this exclusive Vintner Dinner will find themselves at the stunning home of charming local philanthropists Susan and Ron Greenspan, tucked along the banks of the Bigwood River in southwest Ketchum. The house was built to take full advantage of its setting. With its open indoor and outdoor spaces, state-of-the art kitchen, and opulent art collection set against views of the surrounding mountains, the Greenspan residence is the perfect spot for entertaining.

TERMS & RESTRICTIONS: To be redeemed Saturday, September 19, 2020. Wines and vintages are subject to change based on the condition of the wine when opened.
