Thank you and congratulations! You have been selected as a Premier Cru Vintner for the 42nd Annual Sun Valley Museum of Art Wine Auction, June 26th-30th in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Please submit the Premier Cru Vintner Donation Form by April 3rd, 2023  to guarantee full sponsorship benefits.

To complete the form, you will need the following: contact information for winery representatives, details of wine to be donated–vintage, bottle volume, per bottle value–and description of auction lot.

Magnum Roast & Paddle Raise

Vintners have the option of hosting a table at the dinner portion of the evening. All wines donated to the Pig Roast and will be circulated around the room throughout the evening.

River Ranch Wine Walk

Vintners are encouraged to attend and pour at this progressive tasting. SVMoA staff will be on hand to assist.

Vintner Adventures

On Wednesday, June 28 & Thursday, June 29, vintners are invited to choose from a selection of experiences that showcase the best that Sun Valley has to offer:

Hike & Picnic — THU, JUN 29

Enjoy a scenic and leisurely hike in the mountains surrounding Sun Valley. Hike sets out from a local trailhead and includes a Sun Valley Classic lunch experience at Grumpy's.

Hike begins at 11:00am at TBD trailhead.

Zenergy: A day at the pool, health club & spa — WED or THU

Experience the health club that Shape Magazine called “one of the coolest clubs in America.” The full-day pass provides access to the salt water pool with views of Bald Mountain, a diverse offering of classes, and a first-rate fitness studio along with discounts on spa amenities.

 

Zenergy is open from 6am to 8:30pm.

Fly Fishing  Adventure — WED, JUN 28

Enjoy a half-day of peace and serenity along Silver Creek as local guides  instruct you on the “finer points” of successful fishing. Includes transportation to and from Ketchum and a gourmet lunch. Children 10 and up are welcome.

 

Departs Ketchum at 8am with return by 3pm.

Shipping Information

Once donation forms are received, we will send you colored stickers for each designated event in which you are participating. Please adhere these to the coordinating cases prior to shipping so that we can correctly direct your wines to each event.
