With wine from Canard Vineyards, a multi-course family-style meal prepared by Chef Sarena Stern and a private concert performed by the wildly popular International Guitar Night, this specially curated event will be the height of taste and culture for you and your friends. Alongside a tour, tasting and lunch for four guests at the Canard Estate in Napa, the winning bidder will also take home a vertical of the winery’s flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, ALLUVIA, an expression of the tension between Old World restraint and the vibrancy of the fruit produced from its historic dry farmed vineyard in Calistoga.

 

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the Natural Gourmet Institute, Sarena Stern has worked in homes, wineries, and restaurants across the country including The Herbfarm in Washington, Primo in Maine and two-michelin star Cyrus in California. She has spent time as a sous chef for multiple Sonoma County wineries, as well as been a partner in creating Harvey and Thistle, a pop-up fine dining restaurant creating a unique communal experience that paired seasonal dishes with local wineries.
