Inspiring Lifelong Learning through the Arts
SVMoA’s local school partnerships put our mission in action; together, we develop students’ curiosity, improvisation, self-expression and critical thinking.
Throughout the school year, students of all ages experience professional artist residencies, student exhibition tours, Company of Fools student matinees, classroom enrichment projects, and student and educator scholarships.
The result? Curious, inspired and contributing global citizens who value community and ask big questions.

Arts education has a profound impact on success in school, the workplace and life. The transformative power of the arts expands the mind, encourages creativity and sparks conversation.
The Sun Valley Wine Auction:

CONTRIBUTES almost $1 million annually to provide FREE K-12 Arts Education programs in Blaine County due to generous contributions from the “PADDLE UP FOR ART”

GUARANTEES that 100% of the 4,000 Blaine County students experience the arts (for free or at a reduced cost) in the Wood River Valley each year through 6 unique SVMoA arts education programs.

FOSTERS future leaders in the arts: the SVMoA Scholarship Program has awarded nearly $1 million since its inception in 1998 to local high school students, college students and educators so they can pursue their artistic passions

ENGAGES 36,534 people annually, 25% of which are children.

PROVIDES 90% of K-12 programming free-of-charge.

STRENGTHENS the Wood River Valley community through collaborative partnerships with nearly 40 local organizations and businesses.
