To complete the form, you will need the following: contact information for winery representatives, details of wine to be donated–vintage, bottle volume, per bottle value–and description of auction lot.
Marketing Material Upload
Please upload high-resolution digital images of logos, bottles, winery, and proprietors and winemakers for our online and print materials. Please provide high-resolution images for use in print collateral. Images should be at least 4” x 6” (1800 x 1200 pixels) at 300dpi.
We can use JPEG, TIFF, PNG, or EPS files.
Once donation forms are received, we will send you colored stickers for each designated event in which you are participating. Please adhere these to the coordinating cases prior to shipping so that we can correctly direct your wines to each event.
