PARTY IN A BOX 5

A Winemaker Dinner with David Fischer of Ramey Wine Cellars & Chef Lyndsey Mason of Town Square Tavern

Local Idaho cuisine meets wines of Napa and Sonoma in this delightful “Party-in-a-Box” auction lot. Enjoy a private party for 30 at Town Square Tavern in the heart of Ketchum. Sample delicious wines with David Fischer, Chief Operating Officer of Ramey Wine Cellars since 2005, paired with world-class cuisine prepared by Tavern Chef Lyndsey Mason.

Founded in Sonoma County in 1996 by David and Carla Ramey, Ramey Wine Cellars produces critically acclaimed, award-winning Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Shaped by the passion of David Ramey, one of California’s most respected winemakers, Ramey’s process is a dynamic mix of experience and innovation, Old World methods and New World science. With grapes from a who’s–who list of highly regarded Sonoma and Napa vineyards and growers, Ramey wines are pure California: rich in character, beautifully balanced, always of exceptional quality.

Over the course of the evening, David will delight guests with the following tasting program:

Reception: 2017 Fort Ross-Seaview Chardonnay
1st Course: 2017 Ritchie Vineyard Chardonnay, Russian River Valley
2010 Ritchie Vineyard Chardonnay, Russian River Valley
2nd Course: 2016 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
Entrée: 2009 Pedregal Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville-Napa
Cheese: 2013 Rodgers Creek Syrah, Sonoma Coast

To complement the Ramey tasting program, Chef Lyndsey Mason, daughter of restaurateurs Anne and Scott Mason and proprietors of the local eatery Enoteca, will prepare a meal inspired by flavors from the Mediterranean stretching from the Middle East to North Africa to Spain, Italy, and France. The casual ambiance of the Tavern, with its large communal table, soft lighting and warm wood accents, makes it the perfect gathering place for a party.
